Recruitment Coordinator
Purpose of Job: Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing workforce support services including the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, screening and onboarding candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
Assists in identifying recruitment strategies to reduce time to fill metrics.
Communicates available opportunities to regional healthcare organizations, schools and community resources.
Represents CHAS Health at external events as assigned.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from database.
Facilitates new hire orientation as assigned.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment.
Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to scanning, electronic filing and reception coverage.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Experience in recruitment preferred. Human resources professional certification preferred. Experience with human resource information systems and multiline phones preferred.
Skills: Computer skills required. Knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent organization and follow-up skills required. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required. Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities required.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, use vision, stand, sit and be mobile. The employee will use hands to finger, handle or feel. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
